  • 8+ years of experience in EHS roles, including program management or multi-site leadership within industrial/construction.
  • OSHA 30-Hour Construction training required.
  • First Aid/CPR/AED/Naloxone certifications preferred.
  • CHST certification preferred.
  • OSHA Course 500 training required.

Provides specialized EHS technical expertise and solutions for specific projects, incidents, or operational challenges, ensuring compliance and best practices are applied. Shapes complex risk management strategies and compliance to safeguard people, assets, and reputation. Models and promotes proactive safety leadership and works with regional/business unit safety leads to drive accountability across the organization. Integrates emerging EHS trends, technologies, and data-driven insights into program development for continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Implements best practices and guides project teams on comprehensive EHS programs.Guides the organization in interpreting and applying complex regulatory requirements and industry standards.Shapes risk management, crisis response, and strategic planning for safety and environmental matters.Integrates advanced data analytics and emerging technologies to enhance program effectiveness and reporting.Consults cross-functional teams in the design and rollout of enterprise-wide EHS initiatives.Communicates significantly complex or in-depth regulatory and procedural EHS requirements to diverse audiences.Champions a culture of excellence in EHS by architecting organizational capability-building strategies.Education Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or associates degree in environmental science, occupational health, safety management, a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.Work Experience:8+ years of experience in EHS roles, including experience in program management or multi-site leadership within industrial, manufacturing, construction, or a related field required.Certifications and Licenses:Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 30-Hour Construction training required.First Aid (FA) certification, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification, Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certification, or Naloxone Administration (Narcan) certification preferred.Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST) certification preferred.OSHA Course 500 training required.DPR Construction is a forward-thinking, self-performing general contractor specializing in technically complex and sustainable projects for the advanced technology, life sciences, healthcare, higher education and commercial markets.
