Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in EHS roles within industrial, manufacturing, construction, or a related field.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction training required.
• First Aid (FA), CPR, AED, or Narcan certification preferred.
• CHST certification preferred.
• OSHA Course 500 training required.
• Designs and executes advanced site inspections, audits, and risk assessments with corrective actions.
• Guides team members in risk identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Designs and executes advanced site inspections, audits, and risk assessments, recommending and tracking corrective actions.
• Develops or edits job site EHS orientations for employees and contractors with specialized or broad safety knowledge.
• Analyzes incident trends and data to identify root causes and recommend preventive measures.
• Guides the safe management of specific project strategies.
• Coordinates cross-functional EHS initiatives to improve safety and environmental performance.
• Communicates moderately complex regulatory and procedural EHS requirements to diverse audiences.
• Supports less experienced team members in resolving EHS challenges using the regulatory standards.

Education

Bachelor's degree or associates degree in environmental science, occupational health, safety management, a related field
