Job summary

Danone seeks a Senior Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager for a major Dallas, Texas facility. You will champion a world-class safety culture, ensure environmental compliance, and drive improvements across safety, regulatory, and sustainability programs.

You will lead audits, incidents, and training, partnering with plant leadership to reduce risk and elevate performance. The role emphasizes developing teams, supporting capital projects, and advancing Danone's sustainability goals within

Qualifications

• 7+ years of EHS leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations.
• Experience leading safety, environmental compliance, and sustainability programs.
• High School diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Build a Safety-First Culture and lead behavior-based safety initiatives.
• Ensure OSHA and EPA compliance and manage environmental permits and reporting.
• Lead audits, investigations, and corrective actions to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and train EHS teams and coordinate with plant leadership.
