Job summary
Danone in Dallas, Texas is seeking a Senior Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead environmental, health, safety and sustainability initiatives at one of our largest manufacturing facilities. You'll champion a world‑class safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with plant leadership to drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities include building robust EHS programs, leading audits and investigations, managing permits and reporting, advancing waste and emissions
Qualifications
- 7+ years of EHS leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations
- Experience leading safety, environmental compliance, and sustainability programs
- High School diploma or GED
Responsibilities
- Build a Safety-First Culture across the plant
- Lead safety, environmental compliance, and sustainability initiatives
- Ensure OSHA/EPA regulatory compliance and permits management
- Oversee audits, investigations, and corrective actions
- Champion waste reduction and sustainability projects
- Develop and deliver EHS training and programs
