Job summary
Danone North America in Dallas, TX is seeking a Senior Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead environmental, health, safety, and sustainability initiatives at our large manufacturing facility. You will champion a world-class safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with plant leadership to improve performance.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of EHS leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations.
- Experience leading safety, environmental compliance, and sustainability programs.
- High School diploma or GED.
Responsibilities
- Build and foster a safety-first culture across the plant using Danone's systems.
- Lead environmental regulatory compliance, permits, reporting, and air/wastewater programs.
- Drive continuous improvement and risk reduction through audits, investigations, and corrective actions.
- Advance sustainability goals, waste reduction, and capital projects improving safety and environmental performance.
