Job summary

W-Industries is seeking an HSE Coordinator I to provide administrative and operational support to the health, safety, and environmental department in Houston, TX. The role spans two facilities: Gears Rd and Champions Park, assisting with incident response, audits, training, and policy maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of HSE experience, a High School diploma or GED, and OSHA 10/30 certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; OSHA 10/30 hours preferred or required by position.
• Experience in health, safety, and environmental programs is preferred.
• Must be able to use Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and communication.

Responsibilities

• Support HSE programs across two Houston locations and coordinate inquiries.
• Assist with incident response, investigation, and injury management processes.
• Coordinate safety communications between frontline supervisors and staff.
• Assist in audits, regulatory compliance, and training delivery.
• Maintain HSE policy documentation and reporting requirements.
• Support safety committees and daily operations with regulatory adherence.
