Job summary

Exemplar Luxury Group is seeking an experienced Manager, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) to establish and execute a comprehensive enterprise EHS strategy across retail stores, workrooms, and distribution centers. You will lead safety audits, incident investigations, training, and KPI monitoring to reduce injuries and ensure regulatory compliance.

Collaborating with Operations, HR, Risk, Legal, and site leadership, you will drive standardized programs, risk mitigation, and a culture of safety

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of progressive EHS experience in a multi-site retail, distribution, or manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in EHS, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
• OSHA 30-Hour Certification required (or able to obtain within 90 days). CSP/ASP/CIH a plus.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, fire codes, workers’ comp processes, and local safety standards.
• Ability to build and enhance a safety program and lead audits and investigations.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise EHS strategy across stores, workrooms, and DCs.
• Oversee safety audits, incident investigations, and CAPA actions.
• Develop and deliver EHS training for associates and leaders.
• Monitor safety KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Travel to retail locations and DCs up to ~25%.
