Exemplar Luxury Group is seeking an experienced Manager, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) to establish and drive a comprehensive enterprise EHS strategy across stores, workrooms, and distribution centers. You will lead site safety teams, audits, training, and incident investigations to foster a proactive culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of progressive EHS experience in multi-site retail, distribution, or manufacturing environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in EHS, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
• OSHA 30‑Hour Certification required (or ability to obtain within 90 days); CSP/ASP/CIH is a plus.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, fire codes, and workers’ compensation processes.
• Ability to build and enhance a safety program and travel 20–25%.

Responsabilités

• Lead enterprise safety audits, on-site walkthroughs, hazard assessments, and site-wide inspections.
• Develop, standardize, and deliver EHS training programs for associates and leadership.
• Oversee incident reporting, investigations, root-cause analysis, and CAPA actions.
• Collaborate with Risk, HR, Legal, Facilities, and Operations to align safety with business goals.
• Monitor safety KPIs and drive continuous improvement across all sites.
