Job summary

Wright Technical Services is seeking an experienced Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead Ramco Specialties’ EHS programs at the Hudson, Ohio site. You will own the EHS system, regulatory compliance, risk reduction, and cultivate a proactive safety culture across manufacturing operations.

You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, HR, and senior leadership to integrate EHS into daily work, capital projects, and process changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in EHS, safety, environmental science, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive EHS experience in manufacturing or regulated settings.
• Experience owning EHS programs and influencing leaders without direct authority.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations.
• Preferred CSP/ASP/CHMM/CIH certifications.
• ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 familiarity beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the site-wide EHS strategy and program.
• Establish expectations, priorities, and accountability for EHS performance.
• Advise leadership on significant EHS risks, obligations, and investments.
• Lead regulatory inspections, audits, and timely responses.
• Develop EHS metrics, dashboards, and reporting for leadership.
• Coach leaders on safety culture, incident response, and accountability.
• Provide 24/7 operational support and emergency response coordination.
