ERM in Oak Hill, NY seeks an experienced EHS Manager to lead environmental, health, and safety efforts at a client facility. The role demands broad expertise across EHS disciplines, regulatory compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives, with a focus on manufacturing operations.

The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, limited-term for 6 months with extension possibility, requiring on-site presence.

Qualifications

• Professional-level expertise across multiple environmental, health, and safety disciplines.
• Ability to provide regulatory interpretation and practical solutions to teams.
• Strong knowledge of EHS management systems and risk controls.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental and company requirements.
• Manage EHS policies, permits, licenses and required documentation.
• Maintain regulatory records and support compliance reporting activities.
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure site compliance with applicable requirements.
• Support implementation and continuous improvement of EHS management systems.
• Provide daily EHS support to production, maintenance, engineering, and operations teams.
• Conduct risk assessments, job hazard analyses, safety inspections, and hazard mitigation activities.
• Develop, implement, and improve EHS programs including LOTO, Hot Work, Fall Protection, Industrial Hygiene, Contractor Safety, MOC.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective actions; track closure and communicate lessons learned.
