Job summary

Solventum, based in Monrovia, CA, seeks an Environmental Health & Safety Manager to lead site EHS, align with corporate standards, and champion a culture of safety across manufacturing operations.

You will set strategic EHS direction, manage incident investigations, ensure OSHA/EPA compliance, and oversee risk reduction programs, change management, training, and audits while mentoring the EHS team and coordinating with regulatory agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Environmental Health, Safety, Engineering, or Manufacturing.
• 7+ years of experience in Environmental Health, Safety, Engineering, and/or Manufacturing.
• 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Provide environment, health and safety leadership and direction at the Monrovia, CA site.
• Set short and long-term EHS strategy and allocate resources.
• Oversee the site EHS management system and related program plans (incidents, MOC, data, audits).
• Manage risk to protect employees, assets and IP; ensure regulatory conformance.
• Drive site EHS culture through standard work, engagement, mentoring and coaching.
• Coordinate with regulators and internal auditors to obtain permits and ensure compliance.
