Job summary

SkyWater Technology Foundry, Inc. seeks a Sr. EHS Manager to design and oversee Environmental and Health & Safety programs for our Texas operations.

You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and build a proactive safety culture across manufacturing sites. The role requires 7+ years in EHS leadership in a chemically intensive manufacturing setting, with strong regulatory knowledge and cross-functional leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience managing EHS programs, including people management.
• EHS experience in chemically intensive manufacturing industry.
• Experience in environmental management, permit and regulatory compliance including Air, Water and Waste.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Environmental (ISO14001) and Health & Safety (ISO45001) systems and policies.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health and safety regulations and agency communication.
• Represent SkyWater with third parties including regulatory bodies (OSHA and environmental agencies).
• Establish EHS objectives, goals, strategies and KPIs with business groups.
• Develop and manage the EHS team, including the Emergency Response Team (ERT).
