Job summary

Ada Infrastructure seeks an experienced EHS Manager to lead safety programs across US-based data center facilities. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and enforcing global EHS policies locally, ensuring high safety standards and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to promote a proactive safety culture, manage incidents, and drive continuous improvement in hazardous environments and complex operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8-12 years in EHS with managerial or leadership experience.
• Experience in data centers, critical facilities, construction, or industrial environments preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with ability to develop and maintain relationships across teams.
• Experience with contractor safety programs.
• Proficiency with EHS management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement local policies and procedures to align with global standards.
• Conduct hazard analyses, risk assessments, and site inspections.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies for construction and operations.
• Establish a proactive safety culture and drive continuous improvement.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor EHS metrics and report to leadership with recommendations.
• Integrate EHS into design reviews and collaborate with engineering and construction teams.
