Job summary

Oracle is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead a team of EHS Specialists onsite at multiple data-center locations, including Port Washington, WI, and other sites. You will translate global EHS programs to site-level actions, coach teams, and drive proactive risk mitigation in fast-paced environments.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in EHS with leadership experience, strong knowledge of OSHA/NFPA/ISO, LOTO and electrical safety, and a proven ability to influence leaders across functions

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of EHS experience including leadership and people management.
• Experience managing EHS programs in hyperscale data centers or mission-critical environments.
• Strong knowledge of LOTO, Arc Flash, Contractor Safety, and high-risk work controls.
• Experience leading field-based EHS teams across multiple sites.
• Solid understanding of OSHA, NFPA, ISO standards.
• Experience with EHS management systems, auditing, and KPIs.
• BA/BS in related field; ASP/CSP/CIH certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS team across multiple hyperscale data centers; coach and develop staff.
• Drive site-level execution of global EHS programs and regulatory compliance.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks; support high-risk activities safely.
• Ensure safe contractor management and incident investigations.
• Lead audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor EHS KPIs and drive standardization regionally.
