Job summary

Twelve is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Lead to develop and monitor EH&S programs across our facility. You will interact with multiple departments, ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local regulations, and guide corrective actions to protect workers and the environment.

The role requires 10+ years in EHS, 7+ years in a PSM facility, a relevant bachelor's degree, and strong communication. We offer a competitive salary with equity and a commitment to a diverse, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in an EHS role with progressively increasing responsibility.
• 7+ years work experience in a PSM facility.
• Bachelor’s degree in safety, engineering, chemistry, or environmental science related field
• Knowledge of federal, state and local regulations and best practices
• Proven track record of building out and implementing EHS programs and processes
• Background in chemical processing, oil & gas, R&D, or similar industrial settings
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results through planning, organizing and project management
• Collaborative problem solver with focus on continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Lead EH&S activities to meet quality and financial objectives.
• Lead EH&S projects including design and scheduling to meet objectives.
• Maintain permits for Environmental and Regulatory Compliance.
• Lead corrective actions for health and safety hazards.
• Lead EH&S programs and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop reports and presentations for internal/external stakeholders
