• Professional experience in program development and maintenance, auditing and monitoring, adherence to regulatory or accreditation requirements, and delivering complex multi-directional communications.
• Proficient with OSHA and EPA regulations.
• Experience interfacing with regulatory agencies and auditors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and continuous improvement of EHS programs, policies, and initiatives across designated sites.
• Serve as SME for environmental, health, and safety matters and provide guidance on hazards and changes.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, WDNR, MMSD, State Fire Marshal and company standards.
