Job summary

Teal Energi is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead site-wide EHS programs in an industrial production setting. The role prioritizes environmental compliance, permitting, and sustainability initiatives while partnering with site leadership to reduce impact and improve performance.

The candidate will own the EHS Management System, manage permits, audits, and regulatory reporting, and drive corrective actions.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of EHS experience in an industrial setting.
• Experience managing environmental permits and regulatory programs (air, water, waste).
• Working knowledge of ISO 14001; familiarity with ISO 45001 and ISO 9001.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-wide EHS programs focusing on environmental compliance, permitting, and sustainability.
• Own the EHS Management System and regulatory reporting.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
• Maintain environmental permits, inspections, and agency interactions.
• Lead environmental audits and tracking of corrective actions.
• Analyze environmental metrics and implement improvement plans.
