Job summary

TSMC Arizona is seeking a Hookup Senior Safety Engineer to support the F21 FAB project in Phoenix, AZ. Lead safety policy development, incident investigations, risk assessments, and training to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous safety improvement across engineering and operations teams.

The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, a strong knowledge of OSHA standards, and readiness to travel internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health & safety, industrial hygiene, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in construction or semiconductor safety management.
• Proven ability to lead safety programs and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement safety policies in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Investigate incidents and drive corrective actions.
• Perform risk assessments to integrate safety into layouts and workflows.
• Ensure contractor/subcontractor adherence to safety regulations.
• Collaborate with engineers to embed safety into design and processes.
• Deliver training on advanced safety practices and regulations.
