Job summary

Echodyne in Kirkland, WA, seeks an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to develop and continuously improve our environmental, health, and safety programs across laboratories, manufacturing and offices.

You will lead OSHA/WISHA and EPA compliance, incident investigations, training, audits, and the Safety Committee, partnering with Manufacturing, Facilities, Engineering, HR, and operations to foster a safe, compliant workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EHS or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive EHS experience in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA/WISHA, EPA, and WA safety regulations.
• Experience leading safety programs and training.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain company-wide EHS programs and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, WISHA, EPA, DOT, and local regulations.
• Lead safety audits, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Manage hazardous waste, SDS, and environmental records.
• Lead emergency preparedness and training programs.
• Chair Safety Committee and report safety metrics.
