Job summary

Skanska USA is hiring a Senior EHS Coordinator to support project teams nationwide in maintaining safe, compliant, injury-free environments. Reporting to the EHS Manager, you will deliver field training, inspections, and incident investigations across Skanska USA Building projects, while ensuring adherence to regulations and company policies.

Ideal candidates have NFPA certification, 2+ years of hazard analysis, strong communication skills, and a degree in construction management, safety, or

Qualifications

• Experience identifying hazards and recommending controls.
• Experience communicating with employees at all levels on construction sites.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree or 8+ years equivalent safety experience.

Responsibilities

• Support project teams in maintaining safe, compliant environments.
• Conduct site inspections and incident investigations.
• Maintain EHS documentation and training delivery.
• Assist with hazard identification and control and promote IFE culture.
• Support continuous improvement of safety practices.
