Job summary

Skanska is seeking an entry-level Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Coordinator to support project teams in maintaining safe, compliant work environments. Reporting to the EHS Manager, you will assist with inspections, incident investigations, and safety documentation across projects.

The role requires strong communication, proficiency with common software, and a bachelor’s degree related to construction or safety discipline, with 2 years of relevant experience being preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years identifying safety hazards and recommending controls.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, EHS, Safety Management, Engineering, or equivalent with minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer elements of the EHS program and conduct site inspections.
• Assist with incident investigations and maintain safety documentation.
• Deliver field training and promote safety awareness on projects.
• Support hazard identification, control, and IFE culture advancement.
