Job summary

Skanska is seeking an entry-level Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Coordinator to support project teams in maintaining safe, compliant worksites across our construction projects in the United States. Reporting to the EHS Manager, you will assist with inspections, incident investigations, and field training to promote a culture of safety.

Ideal candidates have a degree related to construction or safety, 1+ years of hazard identification experience, and strong communication skills; you will

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience identifying safety hazards and recommending controls.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Administer elements of the EHS program and safety policy.
• Conduct site inspections and assist with incident investigations.
• Maintain safety documentation and deliver field training as needed.
• Support hazard identification and control and promote a safety culture.
