Job summary

Skanska USA Building is seeking a Senior EHS Coordinator to support project teams in maintaining safe and compliant work environments across our projects. Reporting to the EHS Manager, you will assist with incident investigations, maintain safety documentation, and deliver field training while promoting Skanska's Injury-Free Environment culture.

Ideal candidates have NFPA certification, 2+ years in hazard identification and safety communication on construction sites, and a degree in safety,

Qualifications

• 2+ years identifying safety hazards and recommending controls.
• 2+ years communicating safety in a construction environment.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, safety management, engineering, or equivalent or 8 years experience with 3 years of safety.

Responsibilities

• Support project teams to maintain safe, compliant, injury-free workplaces on Skanska USA Building projects.
• Administer EHS program elements, assist with incident investigations, and maintain safety documentation.
• Deliver field training, identify hazards and support IFE culture.
