Triumvirate Environmental is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Consulting Manager to lead a portfolio of embedded and consulting accounts. You will pair deep EHS expertise with account leadership to deliver client outcomes, grow relationships, and develop a high-performing team.

The role requires 6–10 years of EHS experience, a relevant degree, professional certifications, and travel 40–60%. You will oversee 6–10 consultants and manage proposals and engagement economics in a fast-growing

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of progressive EHS consulting or corporate EHS experience.
• Bachelor's degree in occupational safety, industrial hygiene, environmental science, engineering, or related field.
• At least one professional certification (CSP, CIH, CHMM, CBSP, or equivalent).
• Expertise across two or more EHS disciplines and regulatory interpretation (RCRA, OSHA, air, water).
• Experience managing client accounts or portfolios with growth focus.
• Experience leading and developing teams of consultants and on-site personnel.
• Proven track record in leading proposals and managing engagement economics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for senior leadership.
• Willingness to travel 40–60% to client sites.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-disciplinary EHS assessments and programs across several safety and compliance domains.
• Serve as trusted advisor to client stakeholders at site director and VP levels, owning satisfaction and renewals.
• Support EHS consulting operations through technical delivery, project management, and quality control.
• Grow a portfolio of consulting and embedded accounts by identifying expansion opportunities and proposals.
• Manage multi-workstream engagements with disciplined scope, budget, and milestones.
• Lead and develop a team of 6–10 EHS consultants, with clear development plans and standards.
• Provide training, guidance, and quality reviews for the team’s work.
• Spot opportunities from on-site observations and client conversations; partner with sales to scope engagements.
• Make pricing and scope decisions to optimize client value across services.
• Interpret evolving regulations and translate into practical programs to keep clients compliant.
