Triumvirate Environmental is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Consulting Manager to lead a portfolio of embedded and consulting accounts across life sciences, healthcare and manufacturing in North America.

The role combines technical EHS depth with account leadership, growing client relationships, guiding proposals, and developing a high‑performing team while delivering measurable, value‑driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• Sufficient EHS consulting or corporate EHS experience with client outcomes.
• Professional certification such as CSP, CIH, CHMM, CBSP or equivalent.
• Experience interpreting complex regulations (RCRA, OSHA, air/water) and managing EHS programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-disciplinary EHS assessments and programs.
• Serve as trusted advisor to client stakeholders at EHS Director and VP levels.
• Support EHS consulting operations through technical delivery and project management.
• Grow portfolio by identifying expansion opportunities and leading proposals.
• Manage multi-workstream engagements with scope, budget and milestones.
• Lead and develop a team of 6–10 EHS consultants.
