Job summary

Triumvirate Environmental, Inc. is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Consulting Manager to lead multi-disciplinary EHS programs and embedded services for high-profile clients. You will partner with on-site specialists and the consulting team to deliver measurable outcomes, manage budgets, and grow the portfolio.

The role requires a track record of solving complex EHS challenges, strong communication with senior leaders, and a willingness to travel 40–60% while guiding a 6–10 person team.

Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years of progressive EHS consulting or corporate EHS experience with client outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree in occupational safety, industrial hygiene, environmental science, engineering, or related field.
• At least one relevant professional certification (CSP, CIH, CHMM, CBSP, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of consulting and embedded accounts with scope, budget, and milestones.
• Grow relationships, proposals, and engagement economics across client accounts.
• Lead and develop a team of 6 to 10 EHS consultants and on-site personnel.
