Arnette Polymers, a division of The Stonhard Group within the RPM International family, seeks an Environmental, Health, Safety and Corporate Compliance leader. You will develop and oversee programs ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws, and lead daily operations related to safety, training, audits, and reporting.

The role requires a strong background in process safety management, regulatory knowledge across multiple agencies, and the ability to coordinate with HR and senior

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in environmental management, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of direct experience in Process Safety Management in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership, organization and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and safety software such as Faciliworks/SAGE.

Mansioni

• Develop, implement, and oversee EH&S and corporate compliance programs.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations including RCRA, EPA, DNR, and related permits/reports.
• Maintain OSHA 300 log, workers' compensation administration, and safety training programs.
• Lead safety committee meetings; manage audits and inspections; coordinate incident response.
