Job summary

You will manage reporting, training, and regulatory communication to minimize risk and uphold safety objectives. The role requires 5+ years in environmental programs within manufacturing, strong regulatory knowledge, and proficient use of SAP and MS Office.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Environmental or Chemical Engineering with 5 years of progressive experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Alternative: 10+ years in a manufacturing environment with a B.S. in Environmental Science/Chemistry.
• Thorough understanding of environmental regulations and local requirements.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage environmental programs to ensure 100% regulatory and permit compliance at the Houston Plant.
• Coordinate with agencies (EPA, OSHA, Texas regs) and prepare required reports.
• Train plant personnel on regulatory requirements and permit conditions.
• Support projects through environmental reviews, MOC, CAPEX, and SOPs.
• Conduct testing/coordinations to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.
