Adept Consulting Services, Inc. seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the EHR implementation for BCHS, BOI, and BCD. This senior role requires expertise in health informatics, change management, and delivering complex health IT projects on schedule and within budget.

You will collaborate with IT, clinical staff, and leadership to ensure successful deployment, effective governance, and robust stakeholder communication across multiple bureaus in Harrisburg.

Qualifications

• Experience with EHR implementations and health IT programs.
• PMI PMP certification and senior project management experience.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and manage large IT projects across multiple agencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, testing, and implementation of an enterprise EHR across BCHS, BOI, and BCD.
• Develop and manage the Project Management Plan, estimates, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-team efforts and manage risks, changes, and communications.
