Ascend Vision Partners is seeking a Senior Integration and Clinical Applications Analyst to serve as a subject matter expert for Nextech IntelliChart Pro EHR and Nextech Practice Plus PM. The role focuses on application support, configuration, workflow optimization, and go-live activities across multiple Ascend locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare information technology, health information management, information systems, business, or a related field—or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Four+ years of experience supporting, configuring, or implementing ambulatory EHR and PM systems, preferably in ophthalmology or multi-site practices.
• Direct experience with Nextech IntelliChart Pro, Nextech Practice Plus, or similar ophthalmology-focused platforms.
• Experience across the system implementation lifecycle: requirements, configuration, testing, go-live, deployment, and post-live support.
• Strong understanding of ambulatory clinical, scheduling, billing, and revenue cycle workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead workflow analysis with clinical and revenue cycle teams to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improved utilization.
• Design and implement system configurations aligning Nextech to workflows across clinical and administrative areas.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure documentation and billing workflows meet regulatory and payer requirements.
• Develop and maintain workflow docs, SOPs, job aids, and end-user training materials.
• Lead integration planning and testing between Nextech applications and third-party systems across locations.
• Manage escalation for Nextech IntelliChart Pro and Practice Plus issues and configurations.
• Support system upgrades, release testing, and change management.
