Job summary

Commure is building the AI Operating System for healthcare, enabling onboarding and launches on Athelas Air (EHR). As Senior Operations Manager, Air, you will own end-to-end onboarding, partner with Engineering and Launch, ensure smooth transitions, and drive high adoption on time.

You’ll develop scalable launch playbooks, specify requirements, lead cross-functional teams, and track adoption metrics. This is a full-time Mountain View, CA role requiring 5 days in the office.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in STEM or equivalent technical training.
• 5+ years of implementation, product operations or operations experience in SaaS or HealthTech.
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional programs to on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding and launching new customers on Athelas Air (EHR).
• Build scalable launch playbooks, define success metrics, and prioritize customer requirements.
• Lead cross-functional launch teams and manage timelines and risk.
• Develop internal Retool apps to streamline workflows and dashboards.
• Go-live support and monitor adoption metrics post-launch.
