Job summary

Commure is hiring a Senior Implementation Manager, Air (EHR) to own end-to-end onboarding and launch for new customers on Athelas Air (EHR). You will partner with Engineering and Launch to ensure smooth transitions, on time delivery, and high adoption. You’ll define success metrics and drive playbooks for scalable implementation.

You will build detailed plans, prioritize features, and align stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Support to accelerate time-to-value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of operations or project management experience in SaaS or HealthTech.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to map clinical and administrative workflows.
• Draft functional and technical specifications (user stories, acceptance criteria, data mappings).
• Prioritize specs with Product and Engineering based on customer needs.
• Develop and maintain detailed implementation plans and resource allocations.
• Lead cross-functional launch teams through status calls and risk mitigation workflows.
• Serve as the primary operations liaison among Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Services, and Support.
• Create scalable launch playbooks for data migration, training, and go-live support.
• Monitor adoption metrics and ensure on-time go-live.
