Job summary

Commure is seeking a Senior Operations Manager, Air (EHR) to lead end-to-end onboarding and launch of new customers on the Air (EHR) platform from its Mountain View, CA office.

You will map clinical and administrative workflows, draft specs, coordinate with Product and Engineering, and drive playbooks, data migrations, training, and go-live support, while tracking adoption metrics and ensuring successful deployments.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in a STEM-related field or equivalent technical training/experience.
• 5+ years of implementation, product operations or operations experience in SaaS or HealthTech.
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional programs to successful delivery on time and within scope.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to map workflows and draft detailed specs.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to validate feasibility and prioritize requirements.
• Lead launch teams through status calls, playbooks, and risk-mitigation workflows.
• Create and evolve scalable launch playbooks for data migration, training, and go-live support.
• Monitor adoption metrics and drive continuous improvement.
