Job summary

Commure is seeking a Senior Operations Manager, Air (EHR) to lead end-to-end onboarding and launch of new customers on the Air (EHR) platform from its Mountain View, CA office.

You will map clinical and administrative workflows, draft specs, coordinate with Product and Engineering, and drive playbooks, data migrations, training, and go-live support, while tracking adoption metrics and ensuring successful deployments.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in a STEM-related field or equivalent technical training/experience.
• 5+ years of implementation, product operations or operations experience in SaaS or HealthTech.

Senior Operations Manager, Air (EHR) at Athelas – Mountain View, CA

Senior Operations Manager, Air (EHR) responsible for the end-to-end implementation of onboarding and launching new customers on Athelas Air (EHR).

Key Responsibilities

Engage directly with customers to map existing clinical and administrative workflows; draft detailed functional and technical specifications including user stories, acceptance criteria, data mappings, and interface requirements; partner with Product and Engineering to validate feasibility, clarify requirements, and prioritize specs in the development backlog; develop and maintain detailed implementation plans, timelines, and resource allocations; lead cross-functional launch teams through weekly status calls, playbook adherence, and risk-mitigation workflows; act as the primary operations liaison among Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Professional Services, and Support; create and evolve scalable, standardized launch playbooks and templates for data migration, build-out, training, and go-live support; identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvements; build and maintain internal Retool applications; facilitate hypercare support during and immediately after go-live; and monitor and report on key adoption metrics such as login rates, documentation volume, and billing task completion.

Requirements

BS/MS in a STEM-related field (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Hard Sciences) or equivalent technical training/experience; 5+ years of implementation, product operations or operations experience in SaaS or HealthTech; proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional programs to successful delivery on time and within scope; must work 5 days a week in the Mountain View, CA office.
