Job summary

Commure is seeking a Senior Implementation Manager (Air EHR) to own end-to-end onboarding and launch of new customers on Athelas Air (EHR). You’ll partner with Engineering and Launch to ensure smooth transitions, timely delivery, and high adoption by practices.

Responsibilities include drafting functional specs, building scalable launch playbooks, coordinating with multiple teams, and leading go-live support with strong focus on time-to-value for healthcare customers.

Qualifications

• Engage directly with customers to map their workflows.
• Draft detailed functional and technical specifications based on customer needs.
• Lead cross-functional launch teams through weekly status calls and risk mitigation.
• Create scalable launch playbooks for data migration, training, and go-live support.
• Monitor adoption metrics and ensure timely go-live.

Responsibilities
