Job summary

Kadiak, LLC is seeking a Deployment and Implementation Operations Lead to coordinate enterprise-wide EHR deployment activities within a federal healthcare environment. This remote role requires strong program management, leadership, and stakeholder engagement across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate will have 7–10+ years implementing Health IT solutions, especially Oracle Millennium EHR, and be able to obtain a public trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years project management experience.
• Minimum 5 years Federal Government experience.
• 7–10+ years in implementing Health IT solutions including Oracle Millennium EHR.
• Data Analytics & Reporting using tools such as Power BI, SQL, and Tableau.
• US citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a US Government clearance of at least a public trust.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise-wide coordination, governance, and oversight of EHR deployment activities.
• Lead implementation, deployment, and go-live planning across multiple sites.
• Manage cross-functional deployment teams and communication with clinical and non-technical staff.
• Develop deployment plans, test scripts, cutover activities, and risk mitigation strategies.
