My3Tech seeks a Specialist Senior to lead data integration efforts for NC HIEA, focusing on EHR vendor interfaces, data validation, and analytics. You will manage data queries, ETL processes, and reporting while coordinating with clinicians and IT teams.

The role emphasizes SME-level knowledge of HL7 v2/C-CDA, HIPAA compliance, and complex EHR architectures within Health Information Exchange environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a technical analyst, data engineer, or related role involving healthcare data and analytics.
• SQL, SAS & InterSystems HealthShare core technical toolset for queries, analytics, and data platforms.
• SME-level knowledge of EHR architecture, HL7 v2, and C-CDA standards.
• Knowledge of health information exchange standards and HIPAA regulations.
• Experience leading complex EHR integrations and cross-functional coordination.
• Ability to document requirements and design specifications for health data exchange.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support technical infrastructure for NC HIEA and SAS platforms.
• Ensure stability and performance of data exchange systems and applications.
• Manage change orders, bug fixes, and enhancements for the NC HealthConnex Clinical Portal.
• Develop and support complex data queries for validation, transformation, and reporting.
• Verify data extracts and monitor ETL job streams; generate analytics reports.
• Lead technical analyses across EHR integrations with cross-functional teams.
