Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking an EHR Application Analyst IV to design, configure, implement, and support diverse EHR content across ambulatory and hospital modules. You will collaborate with multiple teams and business owners to ensure functional accuracy and effective deployment.

The role requires 5–8 years in EHR implementation or equivalent operational experience, vendor certification, and strong Microsoft Office skills. Remote work options are available in the scope of IT projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in Electronic Health Record implementation and support or 5+ years of related operational experience using EHR applications.
• Vendor certification for assigned applications/modules, or plan to obtain within 6 months of hire/transfer.

Responsibilities

• Defines, documents, builds and maintains EHR application content.
• Creates functional specification documents and validates content with business owner.
• Leads projects independently following PM guidelines, meeting deadlines.
• Acts as an application expert and resource across IS teams, guiding issues and resolutions.
• Maintains required certifications and stays current with new features.
• Serves as liaison between IT, customers and vendors, coordinating meetings and documentation.
• Prepares and maintains technical and user documentation; provides on-call support as needed.
• Communicates effectively with leadership up to C-level; mentors junior colleagues.
