Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5–8 years of direct EHR implementation and support experience.
• Vendor certification for assigned applications within 6 months.
• Ability to work independently and lead projects with minimal supervision.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office and related web apps.
• Excellent communication across all levels, including leadership.
• Strong problem solving and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Defines, documents, builds and maintains EHR content.
• Creates functional specs and validates with business owner.
• Leads projects following PM strategies; meets deadlines.
• Acts as liaison between IT, customers and vendors.
• Prepares and maintains documentation; provides after-hours support.
• Mentors junior colleagues in application knowledge.
