Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking an EHR Applications Analyst 3 to deliver world‑class support across all BILH entities. You will design, build, test, and maintain EHR content, mentor colleagues, and provide go‑live and post‑go‑live support while collaborating with business owners.

Ideal candidates bring clinical system experience, HL7 knowledge, and a track record of handling multiple projects. This role is on‑site in Boston, with rigorous documentation and training activities.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of experience implementing, designing, and/or managing EHR and clinical systems.
• Experience working in a clinical setting.
• Experience with clinical information systems or implementation teams for complex projects.
• Experience in full implementation software development cycle.
• Experience managing small projects with defined duration and scope.

Responsibilities

• Delivers work within established timeframes; can multi-task on large projects across IS.
• Defines, documents, builds, and maintains EHR content.
• Creates functional specification documents and validates with business owner.
• Mentors junior colleagues and assists in redesigning processes per system requirements.
• Completes thorough unit testing of all builds prior to handoff.
• Provides on‑call/after‑hours support and go‑live assistance.
• Prepares demo materials and demonstrates system functionality to end users.
