Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Senior Manager / Associate Director for the European Health Data Space (EHDS) Data Cataloguing. You will lead the EHDS Data Inventory and Cataloguing workstream, identifying in-scope datasets, owners, and metadata standards to ensure a complete, accurate catalogue across geographies.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a scientific, technology, data, or healthcare discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years in pharma/healthcare/data related fields (data management, data standards, governance).
• Expertise in data cataloging, metadata management, data governance, or related discipline.
• Knowledge of clinical health data standards (CDISC, HealthDCAT-AP preferred).
• Understanding EHDS obligations and cross-functional leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads the EHDS Data Inventory and Cataloging workstream and coordinates data owners to identify in-scope datasets and holdings.
• Maintains a complete inventory of data with ownership, EHDS category, and metadata.
• Applies EHDS classification and HealthDCAT-AP standards for discoverability by data users.
• Develops metadata requirements, guidance, and controls for consistent cataloging.
• Coordinates with Legal and data owners to resolve ownership and governance issues.
• Defines procedures for data quality and labeling, and aligns with Data Sharing processes.
