Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Director to lead the European Health Data Space (EHDS) Programme Management. The role reports to the Head of Clinical Data Standards & Transparency, IDAR, and defines the EHDS strategy, governance, operating model, and implementation roadmap across multiple functions.

The role spans Global Development, Legal, Privacy, Regulatory Affairs, Technology, Data Transparency, and MedTech, with matrix leadership and visibility of progress, risks, and

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a scientific, technology, healthcare, or business discipline, or equivalent experience.
• At least 7 years of pharmaceutical, healthcare, technology, or scientific leadership experience in large cross-functional programs.
• Experience leading global, matrixed teams and complex program delivery.

Responsibilities

• Sets the program strategy and integrated delivery approach for EHDS, aligning regulatory requirements, business priorities, and technology enablement.
• Leads the integrated program plan, milestones, outcomes, and success measures across multiple workstreams.
• Directs program execution with clear accountability for scope, quality, and governance.
• Establishes program governance, decision rights, escalation pathways, and risk management processes.
• Advises senior governance bodies on direction, trade-offs, and resource needs.
