Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Senior Manager / Associate Director to lead the EHDS Data Cataloguing effort. You will identify, classify, describe, and maintain in-scope health data while coordinating with data owners across functions.

The role requires strong data governance, metadata management, and familiarity with HealthDCAT-AP and related standards, with opportunity for international collaboration and travel as required.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a scientific, technology, data, or healthcare discipline.
• At least 8 years of relevant pharmaceutical, healthcare, scientific, or data experience.
• Expertise in data cataloging, metadata management, data classification, and governance.
• Knowledge of clinical and health data standards such as CDISC SDTM/ADaM; familiarity with HealthDCAT-AP/DCAT-AP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leads the EHDS Data Inventory and Cataloging workstream.
• Maintains a complete inventory of in-scope data with ownership and metadata.
• Applies EHDS data categories and metadata standards to catalogue entries.
