Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Director to lead the European Health Data Space (EHDS) Programme Management. You will define strategy, governance, operating model, and roadmaps across global Development, Legal, Privacy, Regulatory, Technology, and Data Transparency.

You will drive matrix leadership, manage risks, resources and decisions, and ensure sustainable capabilities while building strong external partnerships in a hybrid, multi-country setting.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a scientific, technology, healthcare, or business discipline.
• Formal project or program management certification (PMP/PRINCE2/SAFe) is preferred.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional programs in a global matrix.

Responsibilities

• Sets the program strategy and delivery approach for EHDS across regulatory and business priorities.
• Leads integrated plan, milestones, outcomes and governance for multiple workstreams.
• Directs execution with clear accountability, scope, quality and resources.
• Oversees governance, escalation, reporting, risks, issues and decisions.
• Advises senior governance bodies on direction, options and resource needs.
• Navigates complex stakeholder landscape and aligns leadership and teams.
• Anticipates risks, dependencies and delivery constraints; mitigates proactively.
• Manages resource planning, external support and transition to internal ownership.
• Ensures technology activity aligns with business requirements and processes.
• Defines change strategy, readiness, adoption and transition to BAU.
