Job summary

Pearson is seeking a part-time Learning Facilitator to deliver web-based or onsite product training and professional development for MTSS and assessment implementation. This role requires extensive travel during peak season and excellent communication skills.

A Master’s degree and experience delivering PD are preferred. The position involves collaborating with school leaders to support data-based decisions and adult learning concepts.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in educational leadership or closely related field.
• Bachelor’s degree with five years of admin/interpretation of preK-12 assessment instruments.
• Experience delivering professional development to educators in various formats.
• Test administration and scoring for preK-12 benchmarks and progress measures.
• Experience using educational technologies and data interpretation for decision making.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructionally sound product training to customers using onsite or web-based formats.
• Collaborate with Pearson internal team on product releases and training updates; attend monthly meetings.
• Plan and travel independently to training sites.
• Work with customers to understand training needs and tailor sessions accordingly.
