Job summary

Pearson is seeking a part-time Learning Facilitator with leadership experience in MTSS and assessment implementation to deliver web-based or onsite product training and professional development.

The role requires strong communication and adult learning skills, with extensive travel during peak season (August-October). Training will cover various products and formats for educators and school leaders.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in educational leadership, School Psychology, Special Education, or closely related field.
• Bachelor’s Degree with five years’ experience administering and interpreting preK-12 assessment instruments.
• Experience delivering professional development to educators in various formats.
• Test administration and scoring experience with preK-12 benchmark and progress monitoring measures.
• Direct experience using aimswebPlus, DRA3, WriteToLearn, Review360, BASC-3 BESS, SSIS SEL, and/or Shaywitz DyslexiaScreen preferred.
• Expertise in using educational technologies and in supporting students and teachers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructionally sound product training to customers using onsite and web-based formats.
• Collaborate with Pearson internal teams to stay up-to-date on product releases and training revisions.
• Plan and travel independently during peak seasons.
• Work with customers to identify training needs and tailor sessions accordingly.

Education

Master's degree in educational leadership / School Psychology / Special Education

Bachelor’s Degree with five years of admin and assessment experience

Experience delivering professional development to educators

Test administration and scoring experience in preK-12 measures

Experience using aimswebPlus, DRA3, WriteToLearn, Review360, BASC-3 BESS, SSIS SEL, or Shaywitz DyslexiaScreen

Proficiency with interpreting normative and criterion-referenced data
