Job summary

Pearson is seeking a part-time Learning Facilitator to deliver web-based or onsite product training and professional development. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, adult learning, and collaboration with school leaders, with extensive travel during peak seasons.

Ideal candidates have a master’s in educational leadership or related field and five years of administration/assessment experience, plus strong PD delivery skills and comfort with educational technologies.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in educational leadership, School Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree with five years’ admin/interpretation of preK-12 assessment instruments.
• Experience delivering professional development to educators in various formats.
• Test administration and scoring experience with PreK-12 benchmarks and progress measures.
• Experience using aimswebPlus, DRA3, WriteToLearn, Review360, BASC-3 BESS, SSIS SEL, or Shaywitz DyslexiaScreen preferred.
• Proficiency in interpreting normative and criterion-referenced student data.
• Expertise using educational technologies and supporting students and teachers.

Responsibilities

• 60 % Deliver instructionally sound product training to customers using a variety of learning mediums (onsite and web-based).
• 15 % Collaboration with the Pearson internal team to stay up-to-date on product releases and training revisions; attend required monthly meetings.
• 15 % Plan and travel independently.
• 10 % Work with customers to understand specific training needs and tailor sessions to meet those needs.
