Job summary

Pearson is seeking a part-time Senior Educational Consulting Administrator to deliver web-based or onsite product training and professional development, leveraging MTSS and assessment implementation to improve school systems. Strong communication and adult learning skills are essential, with ability to travel during peak season.

The role requires advanced degrees in educational leadership or related fields, plus experience delivering PD to educators across formats.

Qualifications

Master's degree in educational leadership, School Psychology, Special Education, or closely related field
Bachelor’s Degree with five years of experience with administration and interpretation of preK-12 assessment instruments
Experience delivering professional development to educators in various formats
Test administration and scoring experience with preK-12 measures
Experience with aimswebPlus, DRA3, WriteToLearn, Review360, BASC-3 BESS, SSIS SEL, or Shaywitz DyslexiaScreen preferred
Expertise in using educational technologies and supporting students and teachers in their use
Proficient with interpreting normative and criterion-referenced student data

Responsibilities

Deliver instructionally sound product training to customers using onsite and web-based formats (60%)
Collaborate with Pearson internal teams to stay updated on product releases and training revisions; attend monthly meetings (15%)
Plan and travel independently (15%)
Work with customers to understand training needs and tailor sessions (10%)
