Job summary

Pearson is seeking a part-time Learning Facilitator to deliver web-based or onsite product training and professional development for educators. The role emphasizes MTSS and assessment implementation, data‑based decision making, and adult learning strategies.

Extensive peak‑season travel (July–October) is required. Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in educational leadership or related field and a Bachelor’s with five years of admin/assessment experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in educational leadership, School Psychology, Special Education, or closely related field
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field with five years of admin/interpretation of preK‑12 assessment instruments
• Experience delivering professional development to educators in various formats
• Test administration and scoring experience with preK‑12 benchmarks
• Experience using aimswebPlus, DRA3, WriteToLearn, Review360, BASC‑3 BESS, SSIS SEL, Shaywitz DyslexiaScreen preferred
• Expertise in educational technologies and data interpretation

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructionally sound product training to customers across onsite and web-based formats
• Collaborate with Pearson internal teams on product releases and training revisions
• Plan and travel independently
• Work with customers to identify training needs and tailor sessions accordingly
