Job summary

Pearson is seeking a part-time Learning Facilitator to deliver training and professional development focused on MTSS and assessment implementation. The role requires strong communication, adult learning expertise, and extensive travel during peak season.

The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in educational leadership or related field, plus experience in administering and interpreting preK-12 assessments and delivering PD to educators across formats.

Qualifications

Keep accurate records of training sessions and reports.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Zoom, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Experience delivering PD to educators in various formats.
Able to interpret normative and reference student data.
Extensive travel during peak season (July-October).

Responsibilities

60 % Deliver instructionally sound product training to customers onsite or web-based.
15 % Collaborate with Pearson internal team on product releases and training revisions.
15 % Plan and travel independently.
10 % Assess and modify training to meet customer needs.
